- Prepare the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- Include Documentation: Enclose the RA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided with your RA number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- If it meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the product.
- If the product is damaged or used, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
